Pabian & Russell has long been regarded as a go-to boutique firm for Trust and Estate Planning and Administration, Elder Law Services and Business Law, Tax and Commercial Real Estate. “This group of talented attorneys has the practice experience and skills to contribute to our already deep bench of attorneys who work collaboratively across practice areas to provide our clients with exceptional legal service,” added McGivney. “We know this group of attorneys had options, and we are so pleased they chose to join us.”

“We have looked at various ways that we can expand the depth of legal services that we can offer our clients and ultimately, it was Rubin Rudman’s reputation, entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit and its full service capabilities that led us to make the decision to come here,” said Jay Pabian, former Founding and Managing Partner of Pabian & Russell. “We look forward to working with our new colleagues at Rubin Rudman, many of whom we already know and greatly respect,” continued Pabian. “The platform and team here will allow for further expansion of what we can offer our current and future clients.”
