Rubin Rudman welcomes Jason A. Webber as a Partner in the Litigation and Real Estate Departments.
Webber joins the firm from Nathanson & Goldberg. His practice focuses on construction and real estate litigation matters representing developers, contractors, and design professionals. He regularly advises clients involved in public and private construction projects, on issues including contract negotiation and administration, construction defects, changes and extra work claims and contract disputes.

Webber received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from Tufts University.
