Abigail Howard is an Associate in the firm’s Family Law Department. She rejoins Rubin and Rudman after completing a Co-op Internship with the firm and graduating from Northeastern University School of Law in the Spring of 2024.
While pursuing her J.D. at Northeastern, she served as a Teaching Assistant for a first-year writing course and concentrated her 1L legal skills project on juvenile justice, examining the link between adolescent brain development and the changing approaches to youth sentencing. She also served as a Co-op Intern at DeJuneas Law, LLC in the spring of 2023, where she conducted legal research on specific issues related to criminal defense and civil rights cases.
Abigail earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Wellesley College with a B.A. in Philosophy and Spanish.
