Lauren Scanlon

Lauren Scanlon’s practice focuses on probate litigation, guardianships and conservatorships (contested and uncontested), will contests, trust disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, and aspects of trust and estate administration. She represents and assists both individuals and families in these various areas of practice through skilled writing, research, and oral advocacy. Lauren adopts a resolution-focused approach, emphasizing the importance of maintaining family bonds amid difficult situations.

Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman, Lauren practiced at a local domestic relations firm where she focused on divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, alimony, and asset division.
