Boston-based, full-service law firm Rubin and Rudman welcomes two new attorneys, strengthening the firm’s Trusts and Estates, Corporate and Real Estate Departments. Kristin N.G. Dzialo joins as a Partner in the Trusts and Estates Department and Ariadna Caulfield joins as an Associate in the Corporate and Real Estate Departments.

Caulfield, formerly of Cetrulo LLP, joined Rubin and Rudman on September 27 and focuses her practice on corporate and complex business transactions, banking and financial law, including loan agreements, notes, guarantees and assignments, as well as commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leases, mortgages, sales agreements, zoning and permitting of developments.

Caulfield, a Fulbright Scholar in 2012, received her LL.B. (J.D. equivalent) from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2009, an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law in American Law in 2016, and an LL.M. from BU Law in Banking and Financial Law in 2013, concentrating in Compliance Management and Securities Transactions. She is bilingual (English and Spanish) and also fluent in French.

Dzialo joined Rubin and Rudman on October 4, from Eckert Byrne LLC. Her practice focuses on assisting individuals and families on articulating and preserving their legacies through the process of designing, drafting, and executing comprehensive estate plans, using revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, spousal trusts, standalone retirement trusts, limited liability company structures, lifetime gifts, and other estate planning vehicles. She has experience advising philanthropic individuals with significant charitable goals on implementing the most tax-efficient strategies for transferring wealth, and advising high-net-worth married couples with taxable estates.

Dzialo received her J.D. from New England Law in 2008, and a B.A. (International Affairs) from Northeastern University in 2004.  She was also an Adjunct Professor at New England Law in 2013.  Dzialo is also bilingual (English and Russian).
