David Stanhill represents individual and corporate clients in federal and state court in all areas of commercial litigation including contracts, corporate law, and insurance. He practiced as a solicitor in the Government Legal Service, Lord Chancellor’s Department in England from 1991 through 1999.
David served as a judicial intern to the Hon. William G. Young, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2000. He also served as law clerk to the Hon. David Mills, Massachusetts Appeals Court from 2002 through 2003.
David was the Assistant Attorney General in the Government Bureau/Trial Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office from 2004 through 2006.
