Meghan Phelan joins Rubin and Rudman’s Litigation Group after graduating from Suffolk University Law School. While attending and earning her J.D. from Suffolk Law, she served as the Lead Article Editor for the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law, as a judicial intern for Associate Justice Robert N. Tochka and was an S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified Student Prosecutor in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Meghan previously worked extensively with the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission, Office of the Governor, which implements and oversees the comprehensive non-partisan screening mechanism for judicial candidates.
