Melissa King joins Rubin and Rudman following a clerkship with Justice Kathryn Hand at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Melissa previously clerked at the Connecticut Superior Court following her graduation from the University of Connecticut’s School of Law. During law school, she was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Connecticut Law Review, and she argued a habeas appeal as a certified legal intern in the Criminal Appellate Clinic. Melissa is a member of the litigation department whose practice focuses on business litigation and insurance disputes.
