Jared D. Spinelli Speaks at Boston Bar Association

Boston, MA (January 28, 2021) Jared D. Spinelli, a Partner in the Family Law department of regional law firm Rubin and Rudman, was a featured speaker at Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Virtual Event webinar, BBA Virtual CLE: What Every Family Law Practitioner Needs to Know About Veterans & Servicemembers, focused on military and veteran culture, servicemember-specific laws and procedures regarding divorce and child custody, and other pro-bono representation.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, BBA has presented live webinars and virtual events via Zoom. These CLE programs bring together sector experts in the legal community to cover significant trends and topics while providing practical knowledge and core skills to help individuals develop their practices.

The virtual event was moderated by Dana Montalto and Angelica Vargas, along with a panel of featured leading experts in the industry. Joining Jared on the panel were:

Jared’s practice focuses on all aspects of complex domestic relations law, including divorce, child custody and child support, alimony, paternity, asset valuation and division, as well as modification and contempt actions. Jared has been an invited speaker at the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA)’s Annual Family Law Conference on the topic of evidentiary issues in “extreme” family law cases and a speaker at MCLE New England on the topic of discovery in family law cases. Jared actively takes on veterans-based pro bono work through his long-time relationship with Veterans Legal Services.
