Rubin and Rudman Announces Election of Elizabeth M. Sullivan to Executive Committee

BOSTON, MA – (September 2023) – Boston-based, full-service law firm Rubin and Rudman is proud to announce that Elizabeth M. Sullivan has been elected as the newest member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Sullivan, a Partner and member of the firm’s Labor and Employment and Higher Education practice groups, focuses her practice on higher education, employment law, and labor relations. She represents employers regarding the negotiations and implementation of collective bargaining agreements and the defense of employment actions, and she provides employers with advice on such matters as hiring and promotion, disciplinary action, performance management, internal investigations, and discrimination claims.

Additionally, Sullivan counsels and provides training for employers on matters relating to the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, PFML, FERPA, Title IX, Clery Act, VAWA, wage and hour law, and public records and open meeting law. Before joining Rubin and Rudman, she was the Director of Labor Relations for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Revenue and the Massachusetts Office of Information Technology.
